BBNR Bridge Bearing Natural Rubber Pad
BBNR pads are 25mm thick pads available in a selection of sizes and load capacities. They are typically manufactured out of Bridge Bearing Natural Rubber. The term “Bridge Bearing” is a great sign of quality.
These pads can be applied to many applications, from the supporting of mechanical equipment, to the isolation of building structures. They can be layered with metal shims sandwiched between each pad to increase their deflection characteristics and improve their vibration isolation efficiency.
The BBNR pads are supplied in, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm square sizes. As these pads are “off-the-shelf”, they are a more cost effective solution to bespoke design bearings. To increase the load capacity in one location, multiple BBNR pads can be placed side by side.
