Flyefit Crumlin is a new addition to the Flyefit group’s arsenal of conveniently located gyms. Situated on level 1 of the Ashleaf Shopping Centre is their gymnasia where you can see and feel two reinforced concrete floating floors utilising our FS sprung jack-up castings. We supervised the key points of installation whilst working with Lovebuild who carried out the work.
In the Ashleaf shopping centre you will find the new branch of the Flyefit group, which houses a pair of 100mm thick reinforced concrete slabs that have been lifted and supported on powder coated springs. These slabs act as a tool to combat the vibration transmission from the impact of heavy objects to the structure below, allowing the stores below to operate with no issues or complaints.
Lovebuild have handled the full fitout of the gym including all specialist packages within. This included the vibration isolation aspects of it. Having worked closely with Lovebuild in the past we were more than happy to assist and supervise the installation of the specialist floors required to conform with the specifications.
